This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28.
Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room.
Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank.
I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

I stayed for 1days and the cleanliness was good. However, it was little bit uncomfortable because the location was far from downtown. It is convenient because there are shopping malls and markets rich in food around.

It's really nice.
Helpful staff, affordable high quality room, comfortable bed and bath.
Any technical problems were promptly solved by staff.
Manager was very helpful as well as the restaraunt and reception staff.
Charged me the deposit without telling me first but refunded it on checkout so no issue. Would have liked to be asked first next time even so check in staff were very helpful otherwise.
Fair price for the room.
Complimentary soft drinks in the fridge was a nice gesture.
Food is really nice and affordable too.
Would recommend 100%.
